提高max_connection_errors的值或者清除缓存

清除缓存

java.sql.SQLException: null,  message from server: "Host '192.168.0.39' is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts'"

其实报错信息已经告知了解决办法就是，登录数据库，执行

flush-hosts;

mysql> flush hosts;
Query OK, 0 rows affected, 1 warning (0.07 sec)
